Ahead of the official release of FIFA 23 on Friday, September 30, 2022, EA Sports has begun rolling out final player stats for FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, one of the most popular game modes in the franchise. So far, the ratings of Virgil van Dijk, Mohamed Salah, Alisson and other Liverpool stars have been announced, but not all. That is, until now.
Three Liverpool players have appeared in the top 23 of this year’s top-rated players, with both Van Dijk and Salah boosted as their ratings improved to 90 out of 99. Alisson is another Reds player in the top 23 with an 89 rating. Six of the top 25 players in the Premier League are Liverpool, with Fabinho, Trent Alexander-Arnold and Andy Robertson advancing.
At launch, there will be 32 Liverpool players participating in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, with Salah and Van Dijk being the club’s highest rated players. Alisson, Fabinho, Alexander-Arnold, Robertson, Thiago, Diogo Jota, Luis Diaz and Joel Matip all rounded out the top 10, with new signing Darwin Nunez in 13th. Despite his stellar performances in recent weeks and last season, midfielder Harvey Elliott has not been promoted and remains the 22nd best Liverpool player in the FIFA 23 squad with a rating of 73, with a new signing The Fabio Carvalho quite. Curtis Jones is also on the list, scoring just 76 out of 99 despite his stellar performance last season, while Jordan Henderson, Roberto Firmino, Naby Kay Towers and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain dropped their ratings.
