Nominees of EA FC 24 Premier League POTM August 2023
Here are all six nominees for August’s EA FC 24 Premier League POTM.
Taiwo Awoniyi (Nottingham Forest)
Jarrod Bowen (West Ham United)
James Maddison (Tottenham Hotspur)
Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford)
Kaoru Mitoma (Brighton & Hove Albion)
Rodri (Manchester City)
Nottingham Forest striker Awoniyi has started the season well, scoring three goals. Meanwhile, West Ham are currently fourth in the Premier League thanks in no small part to Jarrod Bowen’s two goals and one assist.
Some fans expected Tottenham to slip after starting striker Harry Kane lost to Bayern at the start of the season. However, to the surprise of many, Tottenham didn’t miss a single chance, with new signing James Maddison immediately scoring a goal and assisting twice.
Brentford are 2-1 behind Bournemouth. Brian Mbueno responded with a silky turn and cool shot to seal the win 2-2. The Cameroonian winger scored three goals in August.
Brighton moved on in 2022 with a hot start to the season. Karou Mitoma also returned in world-class form, scoring once and assisting twice in August.
Finally, Rodri is usually known for his defensive prowess, but two goals and an assist from the Manchester City midfielder saw the midfielder contribute more than his usual performances.

EA will announce the winner via its social media channels, so keep an eye out for when the voting window closes. Once the winner is announced, this month’s Special Player Card will be available in EA FC 24 Ultimate Team via SBC, following the same pattern as previous versions of the game.
